Welcome to Side By Side

Hope Network's Side By Side program provides enrichment activities for older adults with age-onset disabilities such as dementia, including Alzheimer's, or other other cognitive impairments.  The purpose of this program is to maintain or improve their physical and cognitive skill set, which in turn improves quality of life, and delays nursing home placement.
