Supported Independent Living

Our Supported Independent Living Programs offer a rehabilitative, semi-independent residential setting for individuals with chronic, ongoing mental health problems who are achieving or maintaining their optimal level of functioning.

Oak Lodge, Kent County

Oak Lodge is for adults with a chronic mental illness, borderline intellectual functioning (mild mental retardation), and/or other special needs. The central focus of the program is an emphasis on maximizing the level of functioning and the control of symptomatic behaviors within a network of vocational, social, residential, and educational services.

ESIP, Macomb County

ESIP assists adults who are diagnosed with chronic, ongoing mental health problems to achieve or maintain their optimal level of functioning and to maximize their quality of life through a rehabilitative, semi-independent setting.
