Transitional Inpatient Brain Injury Rehabilitation addresses a patient's immediate need to re-learn and practice activities of daily living, develop strategies to overcome physical and cognitive limitations, and re-establish an independent lifestyle.

Spinal Cord Injury Rehabilitation

Neurobehavioral Inpatient Program

The Neurobehavioral Inpatient Program not only offers the expertise of a specialized rehabilitation team, but its residential setting incorporates a fully present psychologist, behavior analyst, and social work team that supports each person as they progress through treatment. In addition, a 24-hour, in-home staff will provide supervision for individuals as they refine skills needed for community integration.
Our Neurobehavioral Inpatient Program offers treatment options, which begin in a spacious, low-stimulus, residential setting developed to provide the support and supervision necessary to meet an individual’s needs.

Residential Services offer homes and apartments in wooded settings that provide various levels of living support. From 24-hour supervision and care, to independent apartments, supervised living combines the security of a managed facility, with the comfort of a home. Our Residential Services address the needs for:
Individuals are provided maximum independence as supervision is provided on a periodic basis throughout each day. Offering one- and two-bedroom apartments directly on campus, participants are able to enjoy independent living with the security of knowing help is always available when needed.
Hope Network Rehabilitation Services offers 24-hour supervised living to individuals who have long-term living needs. Private rooms are fully furnished, modern, and barrier-free. Residents are provided assistance for activities of daily living, safety, as well as provided various social and recreational opportunities.
Participants in this program are provided 12-16 hours of supervision per day in a four-bedroom apartment that offers spacious living areas, a fully furnished barrier-free kitchen, and laundry facilities on-site. Residents are encouraged to practice their skills for more independent living in the community, and are provided numerous social and recreational activities.
This program provides supervision with the skills required for individuals to successfully and safely maintain independent living in their home or apartment. Specialized staff provide contact and assistance as needed, enabling participants to fully integrate into the community and establish a self-supporting lifestyle.

Community-Based Brain Injury Rehabilitation

The Community-Based Brain Injury Rehabilitation Program focuses on improving a person’s life right within his or her own home. We provide assistance with budgeting and planning, personal routines, transportation options, in-home therapy, and much more. Our goal is to encourage a sense of pride, accomplishment, and independence.
Community Living Program
Specialized staff provide daily contact to ensure that individuals are successfully and safely maintaining independent living in their home or apartment. Whether in need of a community residential placement that includes 24/7 on-call staff support, or assistance with life’s more complex tasks such as budgeting and medication management, Hope Network Rehabilitation Services' Community Living Program enables participants to fully integrate into the community and establish a self-supporting lifestyle.
In-Home Clinical Support
Hope Network Rehabilitation Services recognizes the benefits of providing clinical support in the home environment. By providing In-Home Clinical Support, specialized therapists are able to design real-life scenarios where individuals can to practice functional skills in their personal surroundings.
Lifestyle Enrichment Programs
Everyone deserves to live life to the fullest. And we work to make that possible.
Lifestyle Enrichment Programs are designed to assist individuals living with brain injury, spinal cord injury, or other neurologic conditions. We help develop and/or improve social and behavior skills, leisure time management, community resource awareness, and successful community participation.
Designed by our expert therapeutic recreation team, this program emphasizes specific goal areas such as social outings, group activities, peer support groups, volunteer opportunities, or supported employment. Child & Adolescent Medical Rehabilitation
No one is too young to overcome and achieve the fullest life possible. That’s why we serve children who have brain injuries, multiple fractures, spinal cord injuries, birth defects, and disease-related disabilities.
With the help of the child and the family, our team develops and coordinates a goal-centric therapy program that enables a child to return to school, resume extracurricular activities, and create relationships. Therapies are provided by experienced pediatric clinicians.
Services for Veterans
Hope Network is dedicated to serving those who have served. Through a unique contract with the United States Veterans Administration, we provide residential options, including comprehensive rehabilitative care, to military men and women who have sustained a traumatic brain injury while serving in the armed forces.
The Assisted Living Pilot Program for Veterans with Traumatic Brain Injury (AL-TBI) helps veterans receive specialized brain injury services close to their homes and families. Hope Network is one out of only a few facilities nationwide given the privilege to serve America’s heroes.
Working closely with an individual’s VA case manager and their family, veterans interested in pursuing treatment at Hope Network will participate in a comprehensive evaluation to develop a Plan of Care which may include:
- Physical therapy
- Speech-language pathology
- Occupational therapy
- Social work
- Medication management and medical services
- Behavior management plans
- Case management services
- Independent living skills training
- Vocational counseling
- Social and recreation activities
