If you are a medical professional (Doctor, NP, PA, or Nurse), please check "Yes" below, in order for us to have the necessary paperwork completed prior to the training, so you may be awarded the proper CME credits.
The cost of the AMSR training for medical professionals who wish to be awarded CME credits is $135 per individual. If you would like to attend the training and do not wish to receive CME credits you can attend the training for $60. Please click "No, I would prefer a certificate of attendance" below.
