They empower the individuals we serve, and we empower them with a level of support and trust not found in every Social Work setting.

Our Case Managers link and broker needed services, benefits, housing, medical care, and mental health services. Our Therapists and Counselors assist people with mental illness and substance abuse issues work through personal matters such as stress, self-image, anger management, depression, and suicidal thoughts.

Mental Health

We assess each individual and develop a personalized treatment plan that fortifies emotional, mental, and physical health. Specializations include crisis services, residential treatment, and a range of outpatient services including care management, therapy, and prevention.
