The Hope Network Foundation fuels the mission of Hope Network—rallying resources to break down barriers, fill care gaps, and expand what’s possible for the people we serve.

We connect Michigan’s philanthropic community with opportunities to build a more inclusive, accessible world. Through bold partnerships, we expand access to healthcare, mental health support, and essential social services—helping every person we serve achieve greater independence and a better future.
