Living with a cognitive or physical disability can be overwhelming. We’re dedicated to helping people overcome and achieve the most independent life possible.
Living with a cognitive or physical disability can be overwhelming. We’re dedicated to helping people overcome and achieve the most independent life possible.
Our residential homes provide 24-hour support to adults (ages 18+) with an intellectual or developmental disability.
Skilled professional direct support staff provide personal care and community living support, including assistance with bathing, dressing, range of motion exercises, sensory programs, and behavioral support.
Our goal is to provide quality of life opportunities through socialization and relationship-building and connecting to the larger community.
Within Hope Network’s vocational services, you’ll find a range of options focused on building employment skills, where well-trained staff respect and value each individual for their unique abilities.
Community Living Supports (CLS) facilitate an individual’s independence, productivity, and promote inclusion and participation.
The supports can be provided in the beneficiary’s residence (licensed facility, family home, own home, or apartment) and in community settings (including, but not limited to, libraries, city pools, camps, and other locations).
The supports may not supplant other waiver or state plan-covered services (for example out-of-home non-vocational habilitation, Home Help Program, personal care in specialized residential, respite).
Hope Network offers a variety of support services to enhance development and improve independence to anyone with a developmental and/or cognitive disability.
The people we’re honored to serve – those with developmental disabilities, with mental illness or broken families – truly matter. These stories reflect the struggles, the gifts and the laughter of remarkable people. Read more below.
Hope Network meets the highest standards set by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitative Facilities as well as other accrediting organizations.
