Return to Work

At Hope Network, we know that returning to work is an important part of your recovery. Having a career can give us a sense of purpose, identity, and financial independence.

Our programs prepare people with employability assessments, individualized work readiness programs, and community integration so they are ready for employment. From there, we provide individualized job placement, return to work assistance with the person’s employer, and on-the-job coaching.

Participants are able to identify individualized career options, enhance their skill sets, and develop accommodations that promote success in the workplace. Additionally, our Return to Work professionals are dedicated to developing relationships with employers by providing education to ensure a smooth transition to work for the employee and employer.
