At Hope Network, Mark will oversee the outpatient, residential, home & community, and vocational CARF-accredited programs for the Mid-Michigan area. He is responsible for the overall management for the region, including oversight of the management team and other rehab professionals, such as rehabilitation physicians and therapists, program quality & development, financial management, crisis management, and facility management.

Mark comes to Hope Network from Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital of Toledo, however prior to that he held several positions over a span of 34 years at Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers in Livonia, MI; most recently serving as the Director of Case Management Services & Clinical Administration.
Mark is active in case management and brain injury organizations and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Detroit Chapter of the Case Management Society of America (CMSA) and has presented at several healthcare conferences through the years. Mark earned his Master of Arts from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI and his Bachelor of Science from Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, MI.
